Location:
    The farmhouse "El Nogal"  is located in the Lecrín Valley, less than two km from Dúrcal village. This is a fertile area among fruit trees with a lovely weather both in winter and in summertime.
It consists of:
    Two bedrooms with master beds, one bedroom with two single beds, living room with chimney and sofa-bed, two bathrooms, kitchen, pantry and private terraces.
Description:
    Electric central heating, bed and bath linen, TV set, hair-dryer and iron. Kitchen: crockery and cutlery, table linen, refrigerator, gas or electric stove, microwave, coffee machine, mixer, electric squeezer and bread toaster.
    Although “El Nogal” is located beside the group of houses formed by "El Laurel", "El Limonero" and ”El Pino Azul", it does not share facilities with them. The house's facilities are: garage, swimming pool (3x4 m), barbecue, laundry and clothesline.
