FOR BOOKING?
HOW TO BOOK:
Once you
have selected the house that matches your preferences please give us a call at
0034 958781515, 0034 958205445 or 0034 649161896 (cell phone) or send us an e-mail
(reservas@granadarural.com).
If this house is
available on the dates you have chosen we will send you our bank account number
in which you have to make a transfer (between the 30% and the 50% of the total price).
From the moment we receive your first payment, the house is booked but you must send us a copy (by fax or e-mail)
of the transfer receipt with your complet name. Then, we will send you the
Confirmation of Booking.
When arriving you must pay:
- The rest of the price (from the 70% to the 50% of the total
price).
- And 120 € as a deposit that will be refunded at the end of your stay if there's
no damage in the house, the household equipment or the surroundings.

CONDITIONS
This reservation is based on the goodwill of both sides (proprietary and guests). We want to recover the old custom of doing things, when accepting each other’s word was the best contract.
The staff of Rural Accommodation El Valle wishes to do their best to make that your relax become a REALITY.
Guests
are asked for observing a few simple rules:
- Check-in time: between 5.00 pm and 10.00 pm. Please inform us if you are going to arrive
earlier.

Check-out time: 12.00 (noon). Please inform us if you have to leave the house later.
- Non-registered people are not allowed to stay in the
accommodation. If you have visitors during your stay, please inform the staff.

For security and hygiene, pets are not allowed inside the enclosure.
BOOKING CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
If you need to cancel your booking for some reason, please, keep this in
mind:
- Before 30 days: we will pay you back the 100 % of the deposited amount
till that moment.
- Less than 30 days: we will pay you back the 50 % of the deposited amount
till that moment.
- Less than 15 days: there's no paying back of the deposited amount till
that moment.
We will always pay back the 100% when the house is booked by another guest
on the cancelled dates.
